My goals for the month of August 2011

  1. Follow the TJ workout schedule
  2. Watch my portions
  3. Eat Healthier
  4. Become a BB Coach
  5. Blog Regularly
  6. Read Daily
  7. Order more Shakeology and P90X Recovery Formula
  8. Continue to support others on their journey
  9. Stay Positive
  10. Do more with my kids
  11. Train with my dog daily
  12. Push myself harder each day
  13. Stay focused on my goals
So these are my goals for the month of August. I want better for myself and my family, but I keep letting outside influences distract me from my goals. Well not this month! I am working on me and I am the only one that can change me, so I am putting one foot in front of the other and reaching MY GOALS!!!
