Weekly Goals for Nov 20th - 26th, 2011

These are my goals for this week:
  • Get my @$$ in gear
  • Start 3 day cleanse on Nov 25
  • Take measurements for cleanse on Nov 25
  • Restart Slim in 6
  • Get house cleaned for Thanksgiving
  • Finish decorating for Evan's birthday/Thanksgiving
  • Start reading a new book
  • Go to Al-Anon meetings; especially, Friday night's
  • Sit down and journal each night for 10 min
I'm not gonna lie, I've been doing horribly with my eating and exercise habits and that is why my first goal for the week is getting my @$$ in gear. I don't feel good about my slacking and have the knowledge and tools to be successful, I just need to follow through.

  • Workout 3-4 times this week with Slim In 6 - deadline Nov. 19th
  • Complete another video blog of my workouts - deadline Nov, 19th
  • Read 1 Chapter per day of "How to Win Friends & Influence People" - deadline Nov. 19th
  • Go to the Library and pick up new books - deadline Nov. 15th
  • Work with Zoey on her training - deadline Nov. 19th
  • Clean out car - deadline Nov. 16th
  • Go to another Al-Anon meeting - deadline Nov. 16th

These are my goals for the week. There aren't many, but they are important ones to help me reach my long term goals.

  • Start Slim in 6 again - deadline - Nov 1
  • Start waking up by 730 am - deadline - Nov 6
  • Take after workout pics - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take after workout video blogs - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take measurements every Saturday morning - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take pics of meals - (bf, lch, din, sncks)- deadline - Nov 30
  • Take walks everyday on lunch breaks - deadline - Nov 30
  • Keep striving for a better me everyday - deadline - LIFE

Contract with Self:

I will continue to push myself to reach my goals and not let anything get in the way. I will keep my goal in mind and repeat it to myself as many times as needed to keep me motivated. I will stick to my workout plan and follow it daily. I will begin to follow my meal plans again and stick to them strictly. I will say my affirmations daily to help keep me motivated.

Accomplishments and Goals Oct 23 - 30, 2011

My Accomplishments and Goals for the week of Oct 23-30, 2011



As far as my accomplishments from last week’s goal, I completed almost all of them. I didn’t stick to my meal or exercise plans as planned. I still ate well, but it wasn’t foods from my meal plans and I also overate on occasions. As far as my exercise goes, I went for walks everyday and did a couple of scheduled workouts in Wowy of my Slim in 6 Ramp It Up DVDs. I did post my affirmations around my house and on my daily binder and continued to say them to myself daily. Due to financial reasons I wasn’t able to get more of the P90X protein bars like I wanted to, but maybe this week.

So overall, I still have a lot of work to do on my eating habits and exercise routines, but I’m still better than I used to be and not quite where I want to be. I am a work in progress and will continue to push forward.



This week’s goals are:

·         Do a 3 day cleanse – deadline- Oct 30

·         Push play at least 3x this week – deadline- Oct 29

·         Go for short walks everyday during my lunch break- deadline- Oct 29

·         Pack a lunch for myself to take with me everyday – deadline – Oct 28

·         Go to art class on Saturday – deadline – Oct 29

·         Journal everyday – deadline- Oct 30

·         Say affirmations everyday – deadline – life

·         Post another video blog – deadline – Oct 30

·         Carve our pumpkins – deadline – Oct 28

·         Do a follow up call – deadline – Oct 28

Contract with self:



I will strive each day to do better than yesterday. I will write out my long term goals and read them to myself daily to keep me focused on what I am working so hard to accomplish. I will reach out to 2 people every day and share my business with them. I will always do the best the I can and reach to do better than that.

  • Make out weekly meal plans - deadline - Oct 16

  • Post Affirmations all over house - deadline - Oct 18
  • Continue saying affirmations to self throughout the day - deadline - life
  • Get yard cleaned up and ready for winter - deadline - Oct 22
  • Post New Video Blog - deadline - Oct 19
  • Get new book to read - deadline - Oct 21
  • Order more P90X Bars - deadline - Oct 20
  • Continue doing the best I can for myself - deadline - life

    This week I will push myself harder to stick to my meal plan and exercise schedule. I have slipped a few times and will not let that keep me down, I will pick up where I left off and continue to strive to do better each day.
