This is my menu for next week. The lunches and snacks may change depending on the food in the house for the week and leftovers from dinner, but this is what I plan for what is on hand in the fridge as of today.
Monday:
Breakfast: Scrambled egg with toast with 24 oz water
Snack: Banana 24 oz water
Lunch: Turkey Sandwinch, cheddar cheese, light mayo, and 2 slices turkey lunch meat with Cantelope, 24 oz water
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Toast with peanut butter 24 oz water
Snack: cantelope with 24 oz water
Lunch: Chicken salad with carrots, celery, green onion, and bow tie pasta. 24 oz
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Egg and toast, 24 oz water
Snack: Carrot sticks 24 oz water
Lunch: Leftover chicken salad, 24 oz water
now i forgot about carrot sticks. i thin i might have to use that one on a later meal!! nice healty choices too. lol chicken salad...left over chicken salad. nice!
