Goals for August 14 - 20, 2011

  1. Continue reading 10 + pages daily
  2. Continue learning about my business
  3. Continue working out  5x wk
  4. Do Tiyona's ab circuit 3x wk
  5. Continue drinking shakeology at least once daily
  6. Continue eating healthier and smaller portions
So these are my goals for the week, I may add some more later, but these are the most important to me at this time.

These are my goals and I will continue to reach them. I will not let anyone or anything stand in my way. I will continue to push myself to be the best that I can be.
