So as you can see by these side by side measurements I have lost the following inches off each body parts measured and lbs in weight:
Chest - 3"
Left Arm - 1/4"
Right Arm - 1"
Waist - 2 1/2"
Left Thigh - 1 1/2"
Right Thigh - 2 1/2"
Weight - 8.6 lbs
Seeing these results really motivates me that much more to continue with what I am doing. It shows me that eating right and exercising regularly works and that I am getting closer to my overall goals. This hasn't been an easy journey, but its definately been worth it. This journey has been a huge learning experience for me and I plan to continue learning from it. I've definately stepped out of my comfort zone and because of that I am living healthier and seeing results.
