As you can see I have made some progress, but not a lot. I know that any progress is better than none, but I set goals of how much weight/size I wanted to lose each month and I am just shy of those goals.
So I've decided to challenge myself by following my Team Beach Body Meal Plans for the next 30 days and track my progress. Today is day 3 of my challenge and so far I am doing great. The meals are easy to make and taste great, which makes it that much easier to stick to. I will continue to blog about my challenge meals, struggles, and progress throughout this challenge so that you and I can see the truth behind my progress.
