July 11, 2011 Measurements before Shakeology Cleanse

These are my measurements for July 11, 2011. I am starting a 3 day Shakeology cleanse and will post my results on July 15, 2011 after my cleanse is done.

• Weight -    224.6 lbs
• Chest -       51 in
• Abs -         48.5 in
• L Thigh -   24.25 in
• R Thigh -   25 in
• L Arm -     15.25 in
• R Arm -     15
• BMI -        37.4 %

Not to happy about these measurements since all the work I have been doing, but know it is my eating habits, so this cleanse will make a difference.
