  • Practice drawing trees for art class - deadline - Nov 29
  • Make car payment - deadline - Nov 2
  • Meet new prescriber - deadline - Nov 2
  • Read affirmations daily - deadline - LIFE
  • Take meds - deadline - DAILY
  • Start up meal plans again - deadline - Nov 4
  • Start Slim in 6 again - deadline - Nov 1
  • Start waking up by 730 am - deadline - Nov 6
  • Take after workout pics - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take after workout video blogs - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take measurements every Saturday morning - deadline - Nov 30
  • Take pics of meals - (bf, lch, din, sncks)- deadline - Nov 30
  • Take walks everyday on lunch breaks - deadline - Nov 30
  • Keep striving for a better me everyday - deadline - LIFE

Contract with Self:

I will continue to push myself to reach my goals and not let anything get in the way. I will keep my goal in mind and repeat it to myself as many times as needed to keep me motivated. I will stick to my workout plan and follow it daily. I will begin to follow my meal plans again and stick to them strictly. I will say my affirmations daily to help keep me motivated.
